Cancellation Policy
Policies:
We understand that sometimes schedules change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, to ensure fairness to all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
No-Call/No-Show: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, a 20% charge of the total service fee will be applied.
Cancellation: Cancelling within 12 Hours of Scheduled Appointment: If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment, a 20% charge of the total service fee will be applied.
Deposits: Any service or combined services over 100 dollars will require a deposit!
